More things with wings for STAMPlorations

I am back with the half way reminder for STAMPlorations and the fun current Things with Wings challenge. All the details are here
There are lots of goings on with the things with wings in my neck of the woods. I spotted these delightful pelicans during a recent visit to Birdworld.
The challenges at STAMPLorations resumed for May after Shery's little "Winter" break. I am part of the Theme and Sketch team but just for the first month back there will be no sketch, just the theme, "Things with wings" which is running across all the design team challenges. All you need to do to join is is create something with wings...simples! During May there are also fun blog hops and linky parties.

So do check out the posts and you might even be a lucky winner!
 I used the same stamps as my first card as I really love these brilliant sets, they are so versatile and work so well together.

Again even though there is no sketch this month I decided to find another one from Shery's archives and used this one from year's back.
This is what I got up to
I cut myself 3 identical squares of card and distressed their edges. I then stamped across all 3 pieces.
 I stitched all around a piece of craft card and added a border of black
I stamped the sentient directly on my card.
Here is it

with a couple of close ups;

We would love for you to join in with the fun. You do not need to use STAMPlorations stamps to enter either. Remember that if you use my special code STAMPGIRLJANE at checkout you can save 20% on your website order too. Here is the link

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Enjoy the weekend and the Royal nuptials. I am back again in the morning!

Back soon,

Bye for now,

  5. I always loved pelicans..they seem so comical. Your card is a great inspiration from your photos and it’s a great card for a man as well.
