Turner syndrome awareness blog hop

Hello Blogging Friends!!

Turner Syndrome is a genetic disorder where a female is born with only one X chromosome, instead of two, leaving her with life-long medical issues and learning disabilities. This condition occurs one in 2,500 female births worldwide, but is more common among pregnancies that do not survive to full term. That is why Turner Syndrome Females are considered MIRACLES!

As a retired physiotherapist I am of this syndrome but sadly this is not so apparent in the wider world. It is so good that this blog hop is trying to spread awareness of this genetic condition as well as promote the good work of the Turner syndrome foundation.

Nineteen caring Sponsors and eleven DT Members have partnered with us to bring Turner Syndrome Awareness to the Public. For details on how you might win any of these fabulous prizes, please see Lori's TS home page. Thanks for learning About Turner Syndrome

There are some really amazing prizes to be won so to get all the details hop over to the main blog post here;  visit the "It's A Girl Thing" Turner Syndrome Awareness Inaugural Blog Hop
If you leave a comment on my post you will also be in with a chance of winning!

My TS related project uses a few colours from the TS official colour board:

I decided to get out my Gelli plate and paints to make a background using the brilliant
"It's a girl thing; sunshine" stamp set by STAMPlorations;

I pulled lots of  prints and selected 2 for my cards.

I stamped and embossed the fun stamp borders too.
I also stamped and fussy cut some of the flowers
Plus 3 of the inspiring sentiments from the set onto another print and tore the edges.
I then put together my 2 cards.

Thanks so much for stopping by and looking at my cards. Do you have a favourite?
Please do take a look at the other participants' posts too and remember there are so many prizes to be won, just by leaving a comment.

Thanks in advance for the comments you leave me here at Jane's Journal and here is the link again to the main hop post

Back soon,

Bye for now,

Jane x
