The Little and Great ponds were created in the 13th century to provide fish for the Bishop of Winchester. This area of outstanding beauty is now managed by the National Trust. It is such a beautiful spot and ideal for my son's dog Bear to enjoy walking and swimming off the lead.
We met for a picnic and then walked for about 3 hours exploring the many footpaths.
Here are some photos.

The time is just flying by, isn't it Jane?! You can tell by the way little Daisy is growing up so quickly - she is fast becoming a proper little toddler with a curiosity for everything, I bet! Lovely photos of your recent get together, everywhere looks so lush and full of life and it's nice to feel a bit of warmth - though I think this week may be a bit on the hot side! Enjoy Wimbledon tomorrow, but definitely take a sunhat and slather on the suncream!
