We had such a fab few days with our Daisy staying. We packed so much in during her stay including a visit to Godstone Farm, which we have not been to since our own children were pre school. We both love pigs and she squealed as she found this to ride!
There are great play areas too where she whiled away a very pleasant afternoon.
Daisy loves to craft and I thought I would share some of her little projects she made with me. First up she wanted to make something to put her "Pound Shop" Easter crafting buys.
We cut down a box to make a nest, she decorated the outside with distress inks
we then put some scraps of paper through my shredder to make some "nesting" material
she added some die cuts and then had a place to put her Easter goodies.
Here she is proudly sitting with her makes
My make for today is another Easter card made for Dotty's tearooms and on sale now. Dotty's is at 108 Carshalton High Street, SM5 3AE and is open 7 days a week.
It's another Graphic Fairy digi. The sentiment is a Lili of the Valley stamp. I embossed the background and added some very spring like papers from my stash. The card blank is Kraft to give a real vintage feel.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges;
Moving along with the times 1/3 Easter
Simon says stamp Monday Easter/spring
The cutie pie challenge 2/3 spring cuties

ReplyDeleteOh how adorable little Miss Daisy Jane is and how grown up she is looking! I'm so glad you have her near enough to come and stay with you. My granddaughters are so very far away and it's a year and a half since we've seen them! Have a fab weekend. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
