More things with wings

It's time for my 2nd DT post for Country View Challenges. For July the theme for our challenge, which I am hosting, is "Things with Wings". I gave you lots of ideas for projects in my last post here.
Here are a few more summer photos to spark off some inspiration.
Lots of inspiration from Mother Nature....

We were visited most mornings on holiday by a peahen and her chicks

and in the local park at the little cafe there were free ranging friendly fowl too

However I went to the fantasy world of fairies for my 2nd project. First I chose some bright summery DI colours.

I blended a base and then added some more inks through my floral stencil.

I used some Tim stamps

and then I added some more floral elements in brown using Lavinia stamps.

and here is my finished card, an anniversary card for selling in Dotty's.
I added even more things with wings with my little birdie die cuts. I also used a LOTV sentiment and die cut a gold plaque for it.

Remember that you can enter our challenge as many times as you like and combine with any other challenges. You many even be the lucky random winner of the £20 CVC voucher.
All the details can be find via this link.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges;

Dies R Us layers
Noor UK use die cuts
Simon says stamp Wednesday 2/5 Anything goes
Craft Heaven 1/3 summertime
Card Mania 1/3 summer fun
The Ribbon Girl 2/3 Any card

Thanks so much for stopping by today and for the kind comments you take the time to leave me.

Back soon,

Bye for now,
