Goodness know how many photos....
This post is written to thank every single one of you who stops by here and reads my ramblings. I know that a lot of you are "silent" readers and I am waving to you today. Many of you also take the time to leave comments and there are a few (yes you know who) who leave comments on every, (barring holidays), post since I started blogging!
Wow! What else can I say other than I honestly still love being a part the blogging community. I love blogging and it gives me a great deal of pleasure. I find it a positive, supportive and friendly place to be. I know that everyone has difficulties in their lives at some point but my ethos for writing my blog is to keep a record of my creative journey and hopefully, at the same time, put a smile on peoples' faces when they visit me here. I am a glass half full kind of girl and I believe that positive thoughts and words are contagious. My life has its fair share of ups and downs, the last few months have indeed had more than their fair share of testing times, but through it all I know that I am blessed and so thankful of the life I have been given.
Thank you for being a part of it.
Thank you for being a part of it.

I will send the £10 voucher by email worldwide. This prize has not been sponsored by CVC but I buy most of my crafting goodies from Susan as her prices and free postage are brilliant.

I can't send flowers so I am sharing these recent photos of my tiny sunny garden and my beloved studio, which give me so much inspiration
and also a photo of my darling cat Billy who shares my outside space in the summer months.
How easy it is to be inspired by Mother Nature.
Billy was caught napping on the garden table cover but instantly forgiven, he is just the best cat, my little shadow. He recently celebrated his 9th birthday 😺
My challenge project today is a thank you one...of course..
It's a thank you bottle tag I made for a good friend of mine who has stepped in to look after Billy at short notice several times this year. There was a bottle attached!

I used Distress Oxides for the background, a Tim Stencil and die cut sentiment and the long discontinued Bronte verse stamp by Visible Image which remains my all time favourite script stamp. I really wish Mark would bring it back...hint hint!!
I would like to enter my bottle tag into the following challenges;

ReplyDeleteAlthough I am a follower I seldom comment but often visit as your blog is always a great source of inspiration to me. There is no one like the English to fill their gardens with a riot of colour and I hope next year to be visiting to see the bluebells out in the woods in the spring. Congratulations on you 7th blogaversary and may there be many many more.

Congratulations, Jane - lucky number seven! What a great way to celebrate with those fabulous florals from your garden, and the tag is lovely too. I'd always assumed I was already a follower, and have just found out I haven't been up til now - sorted it out now, though... sometimes we need that extra nudge. I'd never have checked as I thought I was one!
ReplyDeleteWishing you many many more years of happy crafting and gardening and blogging.

Happy 7th Jane and here is to many more. Beautiful flowers to share along with your Tag full of Tim Holtz goodness. Thank you for sharing and joining the That's Crafty All Things Grunge Challenge. Best Wishes Tracey.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your 7th blog anniversary Jane! I have followed you almost that long, since I began mine around then too! Such a long time since we were new bloggers yet it has passed so quickly! Thank you for offering such a generous giveaway, and for sharing your lovely flowers. Enjoy the rest of your week. xox
ReplyDeleteYou are one year ahead of me and I share a lot of your thoughts about blogging. You have achieved great things on yours and can only wish that you carry on as you have... xx

ReplyDelete*C*O*N*G*R*A*T*U*L*A*T*I*O*N*S*!* on your 7th Blogaversary! I think you and I started blogging about a month apart. I am also a follower and I also comment on every single one of your posts unless I'm away on vacation. :-) I count you as a real and true friend. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteThis bottle tag is beautiful. Congratulations on your anniversary! You will have to forgive me for asking but I haven't used the oxides yet. Did you add water to blend them? I ask because the challenge at HLS is Watercolouring and I'm not sure if you use water to 'activate/blend' them. Thanks so much for playing along at Happy Little Stampers xx
ReplyDeleteHappy 7 years! Wow! That's a lot of projects, posts and photos! I loved reading your words on positivity--sorry you recent months have been trying. I've been a follower for a few years via e-mail, but I've just switched to the other way, as I'm trying to reduce my e-mail. I hope it's the one that appears on my reading list, and then it's up to me to be faithful to my reading list (which I am not now).
ReplyDeleteAnywho, your tag is grungy wonderful! What a gorgeous background you've created with your Oxides stamps and stencil! Your garden looks great, and I'm very envious as ours is on the downside of the summer now with everything cut back. Give Billy a scratch from me and a meow from Roger and Biskit.
Thank you for the generous give away! All of your prizes are tempting and it's going to be a tough choice for a lucky winner! My fingers and eyes are crossed! Because I am a follower (but only leave occasional comments) I will comment a second time, and when I get your announcement on my side bar, I will comment a third. Hugs!
E-mail follower! I get my delivery a day late!
ReplyDeleteI pin a lot of your posts for later inspiration. I follow you though netvibes. Giveaways are always fun. thanks as always for sharing.
