If you click here you can see Linda's fab tag for week 5. The first thing which caught my eye was the great vintage Santa stamp stamped in sepia colours. I also loved the frame she had die cut to put him in. I also wanted to use the lace and the little garland effect she used with the bows and the poinsettia. So with all this inspiration this is the card I made.
I started my card by colouring my die with Vintage photo and walnut stain distress inks
When it was dry I stamped this wonderful Visible Image Vintage Santa stamp, another of my great wins from my challenges this year. I used Momento ink for stamping.
I tied some tiny brass bells around the frame with twine and added a little red stickles glitter to secure the knots and also for some extra colour and sparkle.
I then added my papers , lace and made a die cut poinsettia flower.I also added some Frantage (my favourite new product of this year by far!) for a touch of bling. The little tag sentiments are both Lili of the Valley.
I would like to enter my card into the following card challenges;
Funky Junkie's 12 tags of Christmas #5
Christmas at Sweet Stampin card for a man
Top Tip Tuesdays seasons my season is winter
Natalie and Amy For the boys

It's really such an exciting time for our family and at the very best time of the year. Have a lovely evening, it's nearly time for me to get my Strictly Fix.......keeeeep
