I also had some crafty time, still in my studio. which is usually far to cold for me to work in at this time of the year......it's so good to be able to craft outside.
There are lots of fun card challenges which have the theme of new beginnings so I thought I would share a new baby card I made for a friend's baby granddaughter, Her name was Amber so I though a yellow theme would be perfect.
The image and sentiment is Lili of the Valley. The cute dies are Memory Box
.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges;

I enjoyed the photos of the pond, especially the third one with the bldg, is it a church? We had a bit of snow this a.m and it's still here. It's cold enough! Happy and Healthy New Year to you and your family! --Becky, in Oregon
ReplyDeleteDearest Jane,
ReplyDeleteWishing you and yours a very Happy New Year! I've been offline over the festive period to try and catch up on some family time and just to switch off from it all, but hope that 2016 proves to be a wonderful one for all of you! It's been another lovely year of travelling along with Jane's Journal and sharing in your home and crafty life...here's to the next 12 months! Wishing you all the very best for the coming year, hugs, Lisa x
Ah lovely to see those little primroses and hellebores peeping through.
ReplyDeleteI love little Ambers card, yellow is always a cheerful colour. :)
Here's to new adventures in 2016, happy new year my friend,

Fab make to kick off the New Year! Those lil' onesies on the line are too cute! Thanks for sharing it with us at Sweet Stampin' and showcasing your 'New Stash'. So glad you joined in the fun with us for our first challenge of the New Year. Wishing you a wonderful 2016. Hugs, Wends x Sweet Stampin' DT
ReplyDeleteLovely photos Jane and what a funny season it is turning into, rain, rain and more rain and our paddocks are under water, although we are fortunate compared to many poor souls further up north.
ReplyDeleteAnd Nature is all upside down, we have Mahonia in bloom just as it should be right now, but at the same time three of the Sun King shrubs are all in flower months early, Photinia Red Robin bursting into leaf and then there are the daffodils which came into bloom in December.
I digress, your baby card is a delight and loving the fresh yellows and greens and it's perfect for our themes. Many thanks for joining us at Stamping Sensations, Penny Black and More and Allsorts challenges.
Finally Happy New Year to you and yours.

ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and your family! It's nice to see you could get in a few good walks over vacation. Our weird weather gave us a very mild Christmas day, while this week is extremely cold! The ground is covered with snow from a storm last Tuesday. Already looking forward to Spring!
