Hello I am delighted to be a part of the reveal of some brand new stamps from the lovely Shery over at STAMPlorations. Despite all the hard work with a new baby Shery has still been as busy as a bee launching new stamp sets and today's are some new designs are in her "SAY IT BIG" series.
All the details and other samples from this new release made by my talented fellow teamies, are here
The STAMPlorations challenges since February have been modified to allow Shery some extra Mummy time with her little "Winter" addition to her family. She is now the proud mother of 2 sweet little girls. There has been one single challenge each month and starting on 5th April the next theme will be "Focus on the sentiments".
I made 2 cards using these 2 stamps from the new release.
My first uses Just sparkle
and my second
Collect moments.
These are such fab large sentiments. For both my cards I also used a few accent stamps from the fab Winged things stamp set.
For my second card I created a Distress Oxide background on black card.
The stamping was all gold embossed. I painted inside the butterflies with oxide ink and finished off with some ribbons and sequins.
You could win a $25 gift card just by commenting on this or any of the special "Focus on the sentiments" posts being published during April. Shery says she also has a couple of surprise prizes up her sleeve. Don't miss out, just check out the links here.
Remember to also check back on the STAMPlorations blog here on Thursday to join in with the new April "Focus on the sentiments" challenge. There are some great discounts over on the website but here's a heads up; just type my special code STAMPGIRLJANE at the checkout to get an extra 20% off anything on the website. Now that's a great saving. Shery ships internationally at a very reasonable rate so don't miss out. Head over to the shop website and load your basket here
Thank you so much for visiting me here today and if it is your first visit, a warm welcome.
Enjoy your bank holiday Monday, if you are visiting from the UK. After an exciting and busy weekend and celebrating my birthday with my dear family I hope to be able to get some crafting time today. That's me at the far left of the table with the special people in my life. I think my cards really echo my feelings about life. We should try to "Collect moments not things" and "Just sparkle".
Life never stands still and our Moments in time are very precious.
Back soon,
Bye for now,

and my second
Collect moments.
These are such fab large sentiments. For both my cards I also used a few accent stamps from the fab Winged things stamp set.
For my first card I made an inky background using red spray ink and gold acrylic ink. I stamped and embossed the sentiment and outlined it with gold pen.
I stamped and embossed the little butterflies and coloured them with watercolour pens.
For my second card I created a Distress Oxide background on black card.
The stamping was all gold embossed. I painted inside the butterflies with oxide ink and finished off with some ribbons and sequins.
