Tim Holtz 12 tags of 2016 June, Jane's Journal's card version

We're half way through the year now with Tim's tags and for the June version he shared another 2 fun techniques which he mixed up together.
This is his tag.

As usual I have none of the dies he used so I decided that my card  version would be very summery and I got out my dragonfly bigz die with its texture folder.

I only have 1 piece of material...a win a long time again so it was Hobson's Choice what I would use.

I stamped my background with lots of lovely butterflies

 then added the tissue with some vintage matt medium. I really like this product.

I used my bark stencil to create a pattern in inks on my material.

I stamped and coloured some VI butterflies and then put everything together.

Here is my finished card.

I added some faux sewing as my machine is back in the loft.

and added some wildflower die cuts using some snippets of inked card.
