Back to the studio

Well the weather has finally turned to spring and I decided it was time to spring clean my beloved studio and get it ready to open up for me to be able to work outside again. This has been the colour of the sky since Sunday...no filter, just snapped with my camera.
It was time to open the blinds
and have a good clean inside and out.
I also teak oiled my desk and put back my radio and my precious things.

Even Billy came in to say hello.
You will not see my studio this neat again until next spring!
My card today is a new one for Dotty's...and yes the next event on the calendar is Father's day so here is one of the cards heading down there very soon.
The stamps are all by Visible Image. The sentiment is discontinued (for now).

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges;

A gem of a challenge 1/3 anything goes
Crafty catz 1/3 anything goes
Sweet stampin 1/3 anything goes
The male room 1/3 anything goes
A bit more time to craft 1/3 anything goes
Crafting from the heart 1/3 anything goes

So expect to see lots more influence from being out in my garden in my cards.....it's so good to be crafting outside again.

I would also like to give a heads up for the Stamperama show in Worthing  on Saturday 25th May, where I am demoing for Stampers Grove.
If you plan to come do stop by and say hi, it would be such fun to put faces to names. I have lots of demos planned to share.

Thanks so much for stopping by,

Back soon,

Bye for now,

Jane x

  3. Your craft studio is so nice and it must be wonderful to just go out there and be on your own. It is doing nothing here but rain, rain, rain. Love the pussy cat and they always must go wherever you go to check things out. I love your card and I love the saying which reminds me of my dad (his dancing was quite funny since he would hop on one foot, with bog feet still on the ground, and then change sides and go to the other foot). I have to admit, my film brain went right to Alfred Hitchcock since he always had birds in his films and the swirly pattern with the man in the centre reminds me of Vertigo

  6. I love your studio! I am curious.. what do you use the other outbuilding for? I was thinking a garage that you enter from the back or for storage? That is a perfect card for FD. Have fun demo'ing! You're a stamp rock star! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  8. So good to see your studio open for business again, you’ll enjoy working out there again. Love your FD card, I’m sure it won’t be on the shelf too long and so happy to see the poster, I would love to pop down but I have such a long list of both crafty and garden to-dos. Have fun and wow everyone with your amazing creativity. Huge hugs xxx
