The last of my garden harvest

Well we have certainly dropped that 10oc we were promised and today has been decidedly chilly with a northerly wind blowing...brrr. I harvested the very last of my garden produce and I have brought a couple of my chili plants indoors to see if I can over winter them. The rest will all die off and my garden would start looking a little bare again without my pots of veggies.
My last beans
Tomatoes
and about 4 last red peppers. These have been superb this year
I also had a second crop of aubergines
and one last important job
Yes my rooted Christmas tree needed re potting
Just look at the new lush growth
This will come indoor in December to be our small "chocolate" tree....if you are counting like me it is only 75 days until the big day.

So today's card has to be one of my Christmas cards and one featuring a Christmas tree. I am trying to get my stash of cards built up as soon as possible. This is one using one of my Lili of the Valley stamps from last Christmas. I still love this stamp.
I have coloured my image with Promarkers and hightlighted with Prismacolor pencils. The backing paper are ancient Forever friends and Dovecraft. The small tags are LOTV and the ticket is a Whimsy. The gold snowflake die is Memory box from last year.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges;
Lili of the Valley anything goes
Simon Says Stamp use a rubber or clear stamp
Bearly Mineuse ribbon/string or twine
Passion for Promarkers snow is falling

It is a really horrid evening here, dark by 6pm, wet and windy but hooray it is Friday so 2 days of fun ahead. We have a really special treat for Sunday, we are off to Goodwood again for the last Race Meet of the season. I wonder if I will have the same lucky streak I had at Ascot in the Summer?

Enjoy your weekend and thanks as always for your kind visits and sweet comments and a very warm welcome to my newest followers. Take care,

Back soon,

Bye for now,

Jane x
