A Christmas publication

I had some very happy post in the week when a copy of the January edition of Craft Stamper arrived with none other than my card published inside!
I have been keeping this a secret for some months but I can finally share it with you.
The brief for my make was "Christmas in the 1950s" and to use the colour palette of blue, beige, plum and deep pink...yes I know very different indeed for me!

Here is what I did.....this was the colour palette

 I used these Tim stamps as I thought they had a very retro feel

 I clear embossed the deer

 and the sentiment

and made a little forest scene

and here is is one more little close up

It is just a little extra excitement for me at this most wonderful time of the year ;0)

Thanks for popping by today. My party on Friday was great fun. We also had the bonus of Daisy and her Mummy and Daddy staying last night and yes Daisy and I fitted in some studio time this morning. I will be back to share it really soon.
