I used the following awesome products and have added live links to them in my post.
Happy everything (the gorgeous little images in this set are perfect for adding smaller details to cards).

This is what I got up to; I stamped the fond expressions 2 sentiment onto my white card front. I die cut out hexagons using my Tim Holtz stacked hexagon sets. I then die cut a size smaller set of tiles in white card and put them to one side. I blended distress inks through the Fairy tale forest stencil to the card front.
I stamped the cupcakes from Happy everything and sentiment from Party time  onto the cut out tiles adding colour and ink to the edges.
I matted my card front onto black card.
I replaced the tiles, gluing them in place and added some gel glitter pen colour for extra sparkle to the cupcakes.
Finally I adhered my card front onto a white card blank. Here it is finished;
with a close up of one of those yummy cupcakes,
and one final shot.

 I hope I may have inspired you to join in with this month's challenge, which is open internationally. Once again all the details are here.
